Job summary

Acuative Corporation is seeking an Implementation Analyst III in Strongsville, OH. This role focuses on on-site technical leadership, configuring a variety of WAN circuits, and providing expert-level support for complex network issues.

You will script and automate processes, serve as the primary technical contact for technicians, and work closely with Engineering to keep runbooks current. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive process improvements and measure outcomes.
• Strong networking knowledge and hands-on troubleshooting skills.
• Experience supporting on-site technicians and coordinating with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Main technical contact for on-site technicians during implementations.
• Configure and test WAN circuit turn-ups and related equipment.
• Perform basic configuration/troubleshooting of routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Work with VLANs, IPv4/IPv6, VRFs, OSPF, BGP, ACLs, and IPsec/GRE tunnels.
• Develop scripts and automate processes to improve efficiency.
• Maintain and update runbooks and field documentation.
• Track issues and provide real-time notifications for incidents.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to training and knowledge sharing.
• Support project closures and ensure timely completion metrics.
