Job summary

Delta Faucet Company is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to own the architecture, performance, reliability, and security of enterprise network services across multiple sites, including routing, switching, wireless, firewalls, remote connectivity, and network automation.

Wireless modernization is a core focus, with RF design, site surveys, capacity planning, and post-deployment optimization in manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 8+ years of enterprise networking experience across multi-site environments.
• Advanced Cisco networking expertise (routing, switching, wireless).
• Strong hands-on wireless network design, RF surveys, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with network architecture and large implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco ISE and Palo Alto firewalls.
• Proficient with Python/Ansible for network automation.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Advance architecture, design, and lifecycle management of enterprise network solutions.
• Lead wireless modernization initiatives with site surveys and capacity planning.
• Drive network automation including configuration management and patching.
• Provide Tier 3 support for complex network issues; lead root cause analysis.
• Mentor junior engineers and establish standard methodologies.
• Configure and optimize Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama.
• Collaborate with Security and OT to enforce secure architectures.
• Support Meraki SD-WAN and enterprise connectivity across sites.
• Develop network standards and documentation; maintain design records.
• Evaluate new technologies aligned with modernization goals.
• Monitor performance trends and improve capacity and reliability.
• Lead vendor engagements and project reviews; ensure timelines.
• Contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
