Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise networking across multi-site environments.
• Advanced Cisco networking: routing, switching, and wireless.
• Experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama.
• Hands-on network automation using Python, Ansible, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and manage enterprise network solutions across LAN/WAN/WLAN and hybrid cloud environments.
• Lead wireless modernization: RF planning, site surveys, capacity planning, and optimization for manufacturing environments.
• Drive network automation: configuration management, patching, and compliance; support with Cisco Catalyst Center, Ansible, and Python.
• Mentor junior engineers and establish standard methodologies.
• Configure and optimize Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama for secure segmentation and access control.
• Collaborate with Security and OT teams to enforce secure network architectures, including Cisco ISE segregation.
• Maintain network standards, designs, and operational procedures; monitor performance trends and capacity.
• Lead vendor engagements, design reviews, and project delivery; support disaster recovery planning.
