Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to join our Enterprise Network Services team. This role deploys and supports critical network infrastructure across internal enterprise environments and external customer-facing platforms, with a focus on secure patch rollouts and production change management.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of enterprise networking experience, deep knowledge of BGP/OSPF, routing and switching, and experience with leaf-Spine architectures in data

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise network engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in routing, switching and core protocols (BGP, OSPF).
• Experience with data centers, cloud connectivity, and production change management.
• Experienced in security patching and network upgrades in large environments.
• Support for internal infrastructure and internet-facing services.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 escalation support for day-to-day issues.
• Provide weekend technical and escalation support for break-fix and maintenance.
• Implement and support enterprise-scale network infrastructure across data centers, cloud, campus and branch.
• Provide Tier-3 technical lead during major incidents.
• Coordinate maintenance windows, rollback plans, and post-implementation reviews.
• Coordinate remediation with multiple stakeholders and third-party vendors.
• Monitor network performance and identify risks before production impact.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit and regulatory requirements.
