• Provides high-performance, highly available networking services to support business and mission needs.
• Engineers and operates deployed solutions backed by Cisco and SolarWinds on multi-level IT systems.
• Provides O&M support for networking devices including switches, routers, firewalls, encryption devices, and copper/fiber connectivity.
• Supports internal escalation tiers for advanced troubleshooting and rapid remediation of networking challenges.
• Maintains documentation for networking systems, subsystems, and components, including capacity and performance plans.
