Job summary

Adventure Tech in Annapolis, MD, is seeking a senior Network Engineer with TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to lead design, development and implementation of IT infrastructure across multiple domains.

You will guide requirement formulation, assess feasibility, and integrate new designs into operations while maintaining comprehensive technical documentation and secure configurations. Strong Cisco experience and governance interactions are required.

Qualifications

• Ten years demonstrable experience in network engineering (LAN), architecture and security.
• Datacenter network design and architecture experience is required.
• Experience with Cisco routers, switches, firewalls and IPsec VPNs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system requirements and lead design, development and implementation activities.
• Guide users in formulating requirements and conduct feasibility studies.
• Incorporate new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for networks and systems.
• Oversee system development and planning through SE management and test plans.
• Communicate with Government stakeholders on technical considerations and deliverables.
• Install, configure, test and maintain IT infrastructure across classification domains.
• Design and implement network solutions based on business needs and best practices.
• Monitor network performance, identify and resolve issues and vulnerabilities.
• Maintain network diagrams, configurations and SOPs; provide technical support to customers.
