Revolutional, LLC is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to support the Department of State in Washington, DC. The role focuses on firewall management (Palo Alto, Cisco), routing, and enterprise networking, with leadership in modernization and security posture.

The ideal candidate holds active TS/SCI clearance, CCNA/CCNP, and 8 years in enterprise IT networks, with strong troubleshooting and mentoring skills; on-site position with travel <10%.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required with eligibility for SCI access.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of enterprise IT networks and security experience.
• CCNA or CCNP certification required.
• Strong Cisco networking and firewall expertise.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise network systems (Palo Alto/Cisco).
• Use Panorama for centralized config, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Provide Tier-III firewall and network support with advanced issue resolution.
• Lead planning, design, and performance optimization of networks.
• Integrate enterprise apps across interconnected systems with security in mind.
• Document configurations, SOPs, and performance metrics; maintain compliance.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead modernization efforts.
