Job summary

Avantor seeks a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and operate enterprise LAN/WAN/WLAN across on‑prem, cloud, and government-regulated environments. You will lead complex infrastructure projects, develop standards, and mentor engineers while aligning with cybersecurity and business objectives.

The role requires 8+ years of experience, CCNP/CCIE and related certifications, and strong Cisco/Aruba/Palo Alto technical skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of enterprise network engineering experience with leadership of complex infrastructure projects, cloud networking, and regulated environments.
Strong knowledge of Cisco Catalyst/Nexus, Aruba, Palo Alto, and related technologies.
Ability to lead complex infrastructure projects in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, cloud, and data center networking solutions.
Lead architecture reviews and recommend improvements to increase performance, resiliency, and security.
Develop and maintain enterprise network standards, design documentation, and runbooks.
Mentor Network Engineers and provide technical leadership.
