ASM Research is seeking a network engineer to design, implement, and optimize DHMS network infrastructure. The role involves working with IT teams to develop policies, troubleshoot issues, and ensure security and reliability across voice, LAN/WAN, and wireless networks.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 7+ years of network administration experience, and certifications such as CCNA/CCNP. U.S. citizenship and a secret clearance are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in network administration.
• Strong understanding of network principles and prior experience with network equipment (e.g., Cisco, Juniper).
• Proficient in configuration and troubleshooting methods, processes, and tools (e.g., Wireshark).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Secret clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, manage, and optimize network infrastructure within the DHMS program, ensuring reliability, performance, and security
• Work with IT teams and stakeholders to develop policies, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with DHMS IT policies and best practices
• Configure and troubleshoot network equipment (Cisco, Juniper) using tools such as Wireshark
• Perform network assessments, automated configurations, and documentation development, including SDN architecture
• Analyze and design voice networks, LAN/WAN data networks, wireless networks, and network management systems
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of system testing/analysis and networking hardware/software standards, best practices, and industry trends
