Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology preferred.
• 7-9 years of progressively responsible experience implementing, administering, and managing complex technology infrastructure.
• In-depth technical knowledge of networking in highly virtualized, hyper-converged, hybrid, and cloud environments.
• Expert-level, hands-on experience in route/switch, collaboration, or unified communications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, implement, configure, and support complex network systems across enterprise and OT environments.
• Install new networks and rebuild existing environments with proper configuration and security.
• Develop and maintain network installation standards and procedures.
• Perform daily system validation of network hardware and services.
• Troubleshoot and mentor Tier 2 support; manage small- to medium-scale projects.
