Job summary

Bloom Energy in San Jose, CA is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and support wired and wireless LAN, SD‑WAN, IPAM, and WAN across corporate, manufacturing, and field environments. This on‑site role reports to the Senior Network Manager.

The candidate will have 6–8 years of enterprise networking experience, hands‑on expertise with Palo Alto firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and data center networking, plus strong collaboration across security, IT and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of experience implementing and supporting large enterprise networks.
• Hands-on experience with wired/wireless LAN, SD‑WAN, WAN optimization, firewalls, VPNs, and data center networking.
• Experience defining standards, documentation, and network processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support wired and wireless LAN, SD‑WAN, IPAM, and WAN solutions across environments.
• Operate and maintain network infrastructure with high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with security, IT, manufacturing and operations teams on initiatives.
