Crescent Energy seeks a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain critical networking infrastructure across office and remote sites in theHouston area. Qualifications

• Strong RF backhaul expertise including path alignment and interference analysis.
• Hands-on Cisco IOS routers/switches configuration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Fortinet security appliances and VPN configurations.
• Azure networking with hybrid cloud solutions and ExpressRoute.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support enterprise network solutions across offices and field sites.
• Configure RF backhaul networks to ensure reliable field connectivity.
• Manage Fortinet devices and Cisco IOS-based network equipment.
• Develop IaC scripts for networking and cloud provisioning (Terraform).
• Collaborate with SCADA, IT, and OT teams and ensure secure network segmentation.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and document configurations for audits.
