Responsibilities

As a Senior Network Engineer - Lead at Empower AI, you will play a critical role in delivering excellent services to our client, supporting the United States Mint. Your expertise will contribute to our mission: to deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions that enable rapid adaptation to dynamic environments.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• CCNP (Cisco Certified Networking Professional)
• ITIL 4+ Foundation Certification
• Minimum 15 years of data center services experience
• Practical skills in designing, configuring, upgrading, deploying, monitoring, troubleshooting, and patching data network hardware/software (Cisco Routers, Firewalls, Switches, Thousand Eyes, Cisco DNA Center, Stealthwatch, ISE)
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a relevant field

Physical Requirements:

This position requires the ability to perform the following:

• Sitting and standing for extended periods
• Ambulating within an office and between buildings
• Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed
