Job summary

Delan Associates, Inc. is seeking a CCNP-certified Senior Network Engineer to lead datacenter deployment and operations across multiple locations in the U.S. You will engineer and optimize large-scale networks, configure Cisco IOS-XE devices and Palo Alto firewalls, and automate tasks with Python, Ansible and Terraform.

You will collaborate with carriers, vendors and internal teams to ensure security, reliability and scalable designs while performing RCA and migrations with minimal disruption.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of senior network engineering experience.
• Datacenter deployment and operations expertise.
• Strong hands-on with Cisco IOS-XE devices and Palo Alto firewalls.
• Proficient in Python automation and network scripting.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and operate large-scale datacenter and POP networks.
• Perform L2/L3 troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Support migrations, upgrades and new deployments.
• Maintain IP/VLAN plans, diagrams and documentation.
• Manage Palo Alto policies and Panorama configurations.
• Automate provisioning, monitoring and remediation.
• Coordinate with carriers, colocation providers and vendors.
• Oversee rack design, cabling and asset management.
• Drive phased datacenter migrations with minimal disruption.
• Handle RMA activities and vendor coordination.
