Job summary

The role requires 24x7 readiness, collaboration with vendors, and strong ITIL-based process knowledge. CCNP or Juniper/Palo Alto certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Engineering or related field.
• 8–12 years of enterprise telecom network infrastructure experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for large data centers and WAN environments.

Responsibilities

• 24x7 remote network monitoring & management.
• Own networking issues connecting and supporting corporate networks.
• Drive critical issue resolution for P1/P2 incidents.
• Coordinate with external vendors for operational issues and projects.
• Manage and maintain networking components and VPN solutions.
• Lead change tasks, documentation and shift handovers.
