Job summary

Keyloop is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join our Infrastructure Operations team in India. You will design, implement, and support enterprise network services across on‑premises and cloud environments, with a focus on high availability and performance for business‑critical systems.

You will troubleshoot complex routing, switching, latency, and connectivity issues, and provide second/third‑line support while collaborating with security, cloud, and application teams.

Qualifications

• Strong networking fundamentals required (Routing, Switching, Firewalls).
• Hands-on experience with Cisco solutions (ASA, FTD, switches, routers, ACS).
• Proven ability to set up and troubleshoot VPNs.
• CCNP certification preferred.
• Experience with AWS cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and operate network infrastructure.
• Deliver complex network projects & implementations.
• Troubleshoot routing, switching, latency, and connectivity issues.
• Provide 2nd & 3rd line network support and handle escalations.
• Demonstrate deep expertise across Cisco, Meraki, routing & security solutions.
• Maintain & upgrade network infrastructure across datacentres (On premises & Cloud).
• Ensure all incidents & problems are managed within agreed SLAs.

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join Keyloop Infrastructure Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, operation, and support of enterprise network services across on-premises and cloud environments. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, ownership of network incidents, participation in change activities, and collaboration with security, cloud, and application teams to ensure high availability and performance of business-critical services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and operate Network Infrastructure.
• Deliver complex technical projects & network implementations
• Troubleshoot complex routing, switching, latency, and connectivity issues.
• Provide second & third-line technical support for network issues & escalations.
• Demonstrate deep expertise across Cisco, Meraki, routing & security solutions
• Maintain & upgrade network infrastructure across datacentres(On premises & Cloud)
• Ensure all incidents & problems are managed within agreed SLAs

Required Skills

• Strong networking fundamentals (Routing & Switching, Firewalls).
• Strong practical knowledge of Cisco Solutions & technologies including ASA, FTD, Switches, routers & ACS
• Strong expertise on VPN setup & troubleshooting
• Cisco CCNP certification (preferable)
• Working knowledge on AWS cloud environment.
