Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Current DoD 8570 IAT II and CCNP (or equivalent) certifications.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.
• Experience in DoD/IC environments.
• Experience in complex telecom network design and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop system specifications, architecture designs, integration and test plans and all relevant documentation.
• Maintain compliance with QA standards and meet performance indicators.
• Review RFCs/CRQs and assess impacts on transport activities and costs.
• Engineer and implement solutions based on customer CRQs.
• Coordinate issues and provide concurrence on decisions within deadlines.
• Elicit requirements via interviews, analysis, surveys, site visits and workflows.
• Write requirement specs and decompose high-level requirements into functional specs.
• Represent requirements with models and perform traceability throughout reviews.
• Support network traffic analysis and capacity planning for performance objectives.
• Evaluate new technologies to enhance network reliability and standards.
