Job summary

Crunchtime is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to secure and optimize our global data center, office, and cloud networks. You will drive infrastructure that supports millions of guests across hospitality partners, ensuring high availability and resilience.

You’ll design and implement robust firewall and switching configurations, manage multi-cloud integrations, and own external connectivity with Megaport, while contributing to 24x7 operations and service continuity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a network engineer in enterprise settings.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional training.
• Ability to architect and implement secure, scalable networks.

Responsibilities

• Architect, configure, and secure firewall environments (Palo Alto, Fortinet).
• Lead switching configuration across Cisco, Fortinet, Meraki for performance.
• Oversee network integrations across OCI, AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Own external network link management using Megaport for private cloud connectivity.
• Troubleshoot network issues; participate in 24x7 on-call rotation.

As a Senior Network Engineer, you will be the backbone of our connectivity, ensuring our data center, office, and cloud networks are optimized, secure, and resilient. Your work directly impacts how our global partners serve millions of guests every day, making a tangible difference in the hospitality industry. What You’ll Do As a Senior Network Engineer

• Architect & Secure: Design, configure, and maintain robust firewall environments using Palo Alto and Fortinet to ensure ironclad network security.
• Optimize Infrastructure: Lead the configuration and optimization of switching environments across Cisco, Fortinet, and Meraki hardware to support high‑performance operations.
• Manage Cloud Ecosystems: Oversee complex network integrations within OCI, AWS, GCP, and Azure to provide seamless multi‑cloud connectivity.
• Drive Connectivity: Take ownership of external network link management, leveraging Megaport to maintain reliable private cloud and internet connections.
• Resolve & Restore: Utilize your expertise to proactively troubleshoot network issues, participating in our 24x7 on‑call rotation to ensure continuous uptime.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Expertise: Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and scale highly available network infrastructure in enterprise environments.
• Technical Proficiency: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a network engineer, supported by a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional training.
• Agility & Learning: A growth mindset with the ability to master new technologies quickly and decompose complex, multifaceted problems into actionable solutions.
• Execution Focus: Demonstrated capability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver consistent results in a fast‑paced environment.
• Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, with an unwavering attention to detail and an organized approach to project management.

Nice to haves

• Relevant professional certifications for the networking technologies mentioned above (e.g., CCNP, PCNSE).
• Active professional certification from one or more major cloud providers (e.g., AWS Certified Advanced Networking, Azure Network Engineer Associate).

Compensation

The annual base compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000. The reasonably estimated total cash compensation range for this full‑time position is $105,000 - $131,250.

Actual compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to: job‑related skills, qualifications, education, experience, and location. Crunchtime has a location‑based compensation system, so someone doing the same job in a different city might have a different pay range.
