Job summary

Connected Logistics seeks a Senior Network Engineer to support IOEE/IOSEE systems with secure, high‑performance enterprise networking. You will deploy to DLA sites, configure devices per standards, and manage IPv4/IPv6, with a focus on trends in security and reliability.

The role requires travel around 3 times per year and proximity within 50 miles of listed DLA locations. Five years of IT experience, Top Secret clearance, and 8570 IAT III or equivalent certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressive IT experience with recent projects.
• Top Secret clearance and DoD suitability for access to sensitive systems.
• 8570 Baseline Certification: IAT Level III or equivalent (CISSP, CISM, etc).
• Certifications in CCNP-E/CCSE or cloud/security fundamentals are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop specifications for network solutions and risk mitigation.
• Configure and deploy devices to IOEE/IOSEE standards.
• Manage IPv4/IPv6 address space and baseline security.
• Plan upgrades, site surveys, and hardware/software refreshes.
• Provide Tier III on-site/onsite support and 24x7 coverage.
