Job summary

The Kinetic Group is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to lead planning, deployment, and support of our enterprise network. Based in Lonoke, Arkansas with a hybrid work option and possible travel, you will design and manage Cisco switching, wireless, SD-WAN, and ISE environments while coordinating with vendors and the PMO.

You will handle tickets, participate in outages, and ensure network reliability, security, and documentation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience designing, supporting, and troubleshooting enterprise network environments.
• Strong understanding of routing and switching technologies in large-scale networks.
• Advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
• Network infrastructure experience in manufacturing or distribution environments.
• CCNP certification, or equivalent vendor certification.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise Cisco switching infrastructure.
• Manage Cisco Catalyst Center for network assurance, inventory, and automation.
• Support Cisco enterprise wireless infrastructure and controllers.
• Administer Cisco SD-WAN, including routing, policies, and branch deployments.
• Manage Cisco ISE for 802.1X, guest access, and network access control.
• Support remote-access VPNs, network segmentation, and secure connectivity.
• Maintain network monitoring, alerting, and capacity visibility.
• Troubleshoot complex routing, switching, wireless, and application issues.
• Coordinate site deployments, vendor communications, and infrastructure projects.
• Maintain documentation and participate in on-call rotation and incident response.
• Follow IT procedures for ticketing, projects, and change management.
