Job summary

Bechtel is building a semiconductor manufacturing plant in New Albany, Ohio. The Network Specialist will design, implement, operate and support project and business network infrastructure, providing technical leadership for wired and wireless solutions and contributing to network standards and cyber security initiatives.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5–12 years of relevant experience, along with strong TCP/IP, routing, DNS/DHCP, cloud networking, and scripting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent required; 5–12 years of relevant experience depending on level.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routing protocols, VLANs, and MPLS.
• Experience with DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 27001 and ITIL/ITSM processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, operate, and support project and business network infrastructure.
• Provide leadership for wired/wireless networking and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to align with Bechtel standards.
• Ensure high availability and performance of critical systems for project execution.
