Job summary

Zebra Technologies in Lincolnshire, Illinois, seeks a Senior Network Engineer to design, deploy, and secure our global IT infrastructure, enabling reliable connectivity across operations.

You will mentor teammates, participate in PoCs, and lead network and security initiatives including LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, and M&A integration; travel up to 10% may be required. Strong experience with Zscaler, Cisco Nexus, and Palo Alto is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on enterprise network engineering, security, and infra deployment.
• Experience supporting large-scale global IT environments.
• Experience with Zscaler ZIA/ZPA/ZDX/ZTB.
• Data Center Automation using Cisco Nexus Dashboard.
• Experience with HPE Mist/Wireless, Cisco Meraki, and Cisco Enterprise Wireless.
• Experience with Palo Alto Firewalls; PCNSA/PCNSE preferred.
• Travel up to 10% globally or domestically.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise network and security solutions.
• Participate in PoC testing and technology evaluation.
• Implement LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls and routing hardware per standards.
• Support M&A network integration and standardization.
