Job summary

Rehmann is seeking a Senior or Level 2 Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain high-performing networks for diverse clients. You will serve as the subject matter expert and escalation point for networking technologies, with focus on Fortinet, WatchGuard, Cisco, Ruckus, and Azure.

You will collaborate with clients to capture requirements, deliver secure, scalable solutions, and mentor junior team members while engaging in on-call rotations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• Vendor certifications such as Fortinet, Cisco, Microsoft Azure are highly desirable.
• Proven experience designing and implementing robust, scalable networks for multiple clients.
• Extensive experience with Fortinet, WatchGuard, Cisco, Ruckus, and Azure networking.
• Willingness to travel to client sites; ability to work outside regular hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain on-premises, co-hosted, and cloud networking solutions.
• Provide project-based IT implementations including security, switching, routing, firewall.
• Offer presales consultation and review client environments for upgrades.
• Troubleshoot remotely or on-site while meeting SLAs and OLAs.
• Document environments and develop knowledge materials.
• Coordinate with vendors and teams to deliver solutions.
• Participate in on-call rotation and ensure timely incident response.
