Job summary

Rehmann is seeking a Senior/Level 2 Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain high-performing networks for diverse clients. You will lead projects across on-premises, co-hosted, and cloud environments, guiding junior engineers and collaborating with internal teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

The role requires hands-on experience with Fortinet, WatchGuard, Cisco, Ruckus, and Azure networking, plus strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma required; degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience) preferred.
• Certifications: Fortinet/ Cisco/ Azure certifications desirable.
• Experience: Designing and implementing robust, scalable networks for diverse clients.
• In-depth knowledge of firewall, wireless, routers, switches from leading vendors.
• Cloud networking experience in Azure and VMware/Hyper-V environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain on-premises, co-hosted, and cloud networking for clients.
• Create secure, high-performing network architectures including switching, routing, and firewall.
• Research new offerings and assess technologies to enhance service portfolio.
• Provide presales consultation and review client environments for upgrades.
• Manage service requests with accurate, timely updates and SLAs.
• Perform remote and on-site troubleshooting and ensure compliance with SLAs and OLAs.
