Job summary

A cloud infrastructure company is seeking a Senior Enterprise Network Engineer to lead the establishment of U.S. networking operations. The ideal candidate will have strong enterprise networking knowledge, hands-on experience with large scale environments, and autonomous work capability. Responsibilities include designing enterprise office networks and managing VPN infrastructure. This remote position offers up to 300k USD total compensation. Aspirations for technical or team lead roles are a plus.

Qualifications

Strong enterprise routing and switching knowledge, including TCP/IP fundamentals.
Experience working in organizations with 500+ employees.
Proven ability to work independently and own outcomes end to end.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and operation of enterprise wired and wireless office networks.
Own enterprise VPN infrastructure, including capacity planning and continuous improvement.
Manage office networking components: WiFi, printers, CCTV, and access control.
Diagnose and resolve complex network issues, including cross-region incidents.
Work with ISPs and vendors to manage connectivity-related issues.
