Job summary

Abile Group, Inc. seeks a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and sustain user facing and data center networks for an Intelligence Community client.

You will work across multiple networks and locations on complex projects from planning through disposal, coordinating with engineers and vendors to meet stringent security and performance standards. The role emphasizes advanced troubleshooting, network optimization, SOP development, and DoD/STIG-aligned practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical discipline required.
• CCNP, F5-CTS, or JNCIP at minimum; CCIE/F5-CSE/JNCIE preferred.
• Strong routing protocol knowledge (OSPF/BGP) and data center tech experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project staff for solution development and deployment.
• Collaborate with system engineers to meet technical goals and timelines.
• Evaluate new network technologies and recommend integration approaches.
• Develop and implement LAN/WAN analysis, testing, and support methodologies.
• Diagnose hardware/software problems and replace defective components.
• Support operations and administer networks, including configurations.
• Prepare technical proposals for engineering review boards.
