Job summary

Sorenson Communications in Salt Lake City, UT seeks a senior network engineer to design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across data centers and call centers. You will work with Meraki, Nexus, SD-WAN, VPN, and F5 load balancers to ensure resilient, secure connectivity.

Requires 10+ years managing Cisco Routers/Switches/ Firewalls, experience with BGP/EIGRP, DHCP/DNS, and strong documentation. Travel up to 25% and on-call duties are part of the role.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Cisco certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and implement network technology related projects.
• Strong time management to manage multiple projects.
• Document network infrastructure thoroughly.
• Support and troubleshoot network infrastructure.
• Provide on-call support and after-hours changes as needed.
• Travel for deployments (less than 25%).
