Senior Network Engineer, BlueOval Battery Park Michigan

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage the network infrastructure including WAN, LAN, WLAN, and Cloud services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable, and robust network solutions.

  • Design and deploy network solutions, including Palo Alto firewalls
  • Develop and enforce security policies and standards
  • Maintain and optimize network infrastructure in campus and data centers
  • Manage network performance, troubleshoot issues, and support ISP vendors
  • Work with teams on network operations, including routing protocols like BGP and OSPF, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network monitoring
  • Document infrastructure and collaborate with technical teams
  • Participate in on-call escalation processes and ensure compliance with security standards
Qualifications

You will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant network administration experience
  • At least 3 years of experience with Cisco ISE, Catalyst, Cyber Vision, Prisma Access, and Panorama

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree, manufacturing experience, and professional certifications such as Palo Alto Networks, CCNP, or CCNE.
