Job summary

Faraday Future Inc. is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to own design, deployment, and operation of enterprise and plant networks across offices, data centers, and the manufacturing floor.

You will lead architecture, security, and automation, driving AI-driven observability and self-healing capabilities. You will implement cloud/hybrid networking (AWS/Azure), zero-trust policies, and advanced data-center fabrics while collaborating with IT, security, and manufacturing teams to deliver scalable,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Network/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of network engineering experience designing and operating enterprise, data center, and/or cloud networks.
• Deep expertise in routing and switching, LAN/WLAN, WAN/SD-WAN, and load balancing.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise, data center, and manufacturing/OT network architectures across campus LAN/WLAN, WAN/SD-WAN, routing, switching, and segmentation.
• Build network automation using Python, Ansible, Terraform, and device APIs (REST/NETCONF) with IaC workflows.
• Apply AI/ML and AIOps to network monitoring, anomaly detection, predictive capacity planning, and automated root-cause analysis.
• Design and manage cloud and hybrid-cloud networking across AWS and/or Azure (VPC/VNet, transit gateways, VPN/Direct Connect/ExpressRoute).
• Implement network security controls including firewalls, NAC, micro-segmentation, VPN, and Zero Trust (ZTNA).
• Deploy and operate network monitoring/observability stacks (Grafana, ELK, NetFlow) and define SLAs/SLOs.
• Support data center networking (spine-leaf, EVPN/VXLAN, high throughput) and manufacturing connectivity (OT/IT convergence).
• Lead technical reviews, mentor junior engineers, and promote automation and AI adoption in operations.
