Take ownership of a business‑critical Cisco network in a growing fintech environment, leading upgrades, ensuring stability, and working hands‑on across firewalls, routing, and switching in a close‑knit on‑site team.

Profile

• Senior-level experience (5–7+ years) as a Network Engineer in small to mid-sized environments
• Deep expertise with Cisco networking technologies, including switching, routing, and core network protocols
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Cisco Firepower Next-Generation Firewalls (FTD) and Firepower Management Center (FMC)
• Comfortable operating as a standalone network specialist, owning design, implementation, and support of on-prem infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Cisco network infrastructure across office and data center environments
• Administer and troubleshoot Cisco Firepower Next-Gen Firewalls (FTD) and Firepower Management Center (FMC)
• Manage and optimize Cisco switching, routing, and core networking protocols
• Own day-to-day network operations, incident response, and root cause analysis as the primary onsite engineer
• Plan and execute network upgrades, migrations, and improvements during the first 6 months and beyond
• Collaborate closely with a small IT team to ensure secure, stable connectivity
• Monitor network performance, document configurations, and implement best practices for reliability and security
