Lead Technical Recruiter / Global Technical Recruiter / Technical Recruiting Expert (US Citizen)

Contract to Hire position

Must have - Illumio and SOC Integration experience.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our organization's network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of networking technologies and protocols, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to lead complex network projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering or a similar role.
• Strong expertise with network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, SDWan etc.).
• Work closely with other IT teams and our Security Operations Center (SOC) to ensure network security is integrated into all aspects of the organization’s IT infrastructure.
• Proficiency in configuring and managing routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Hands‑on experience with Check Point Firewalls, Cisco ISE, Cisco DNA, Versa VPN, Forcepoint, Illumio, Imperva, Qualys, Microsoft Defender, Azure Security, MS Security Center, Entra ID, CyberArk.
• Experience with cloud networking platforms (Azure).
• In‑depth knowledge of network security principles and technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, etc.).
• Expertise with network monitoring and management tools (SolarWinds, Tufin etc.).
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, CISSP or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast‑paced environment.
