Salary Band: $175,000 to $190,000
FGS, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to support the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) in Suitland, Maryland. The successful candidate will provide engineering, administration, and operational support for a globally deployed Cisco-based enterprise network infrastructure supporting classified mission systems. The Network Engineer will design, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise routing, switching, encryption devices, LAN/WAN connectivity, and secure network services across multiple security enclaves.
The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience with Cisco routing and switching technologies, enterprise routing protocols, network security, and WAN architectures supporting Department of Defense and Intelligence Community operations. This individual will serve as a senior technical resource responsible for maintaining high availability, resolving complex network issues, and implementing network modernization initiatives while ensuring compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or engineering discipline; Computer science or IT discipline.
Of the minimum of three (3) years of required experience, at least one (1) year of experience with DoD/IC network design, administration, operations, procedures, and troubleshooting.
