Job summary

Toyota Tsusho America is seeking a strategic designer, project leader, and advanced troubleshooter for enterprise network infrastructure. You will architect, deploy, and manage routers, switches, firewalls, wireless systems, and VPN for security, performance, and reliability.

You will lead complex projects, mentor junior staff, and collaborate across teams to align technology with goals. The role requires a Bachelor’s in CS/IT, 7+ years in server administration, and CCNP/PCNSE certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• CCNP Certification.
• PCNSE Certification.
• Ability to be on call rotation for after hours requests.
• Travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage advanced network infrastructure and services.
• Diagnose and resolve complex network issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Continuously monitor system performance, diagnose Tier1 issues, and implement solutions to maintain high availability and reliability.
• Implement and maintain security measures, conduct audits, and enforce policies.
• Escalate complex technical issues, coordinate resolution across teams, and document root causes and preventive actions.
• Participate in rotating on‑call schedule and be available when off rotation.

Summary

A strategic designer, project leader, and advanced troubleshooter for enterprise network infrastructure. Responsible for architecting, deploying, and managing routers, switches, firewalls, wireless systems, and VPN solutions to ensure enterprise-grade security, performance, and reliability. Leads complex projects, mentors junior staff, establishes network policies, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to align technology with organizational objectives.

What You’ll Do

• Design, implement, and manage advanced network infrastructure and services
• Diagnose and resolve complex network issues and performance bottlenecks
• Continuously monitor system performance, diagnose Tier1 issues, and implement solutions to maintain high availability and reliability.
• Implement and maintain security measures, conduct audits, and enforce policies.
• Serves as the escalation point for complex technical issues, providing troubleshooting, coordinating timely resolution across teams, and documenting root causes and preventive actions
• Participates in a rotating on‑call schedule to ensure continuous support, and when off rotation, remain available to receive, triage, and coordinate with other teams.
• Other duties and responsibilities as determined by TAI from time to time in its sole discretion

What You Need

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 7+ years of specialized experience in server administration.
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE)
• Ability to be on call rotation for after hours requests
• Travel up to 20%
