HeartCentrix Solutions seeks an experienced Network Infrastructure Engineer to support a large enterprise network. You will design and maintain Cisco ACI/Nexus environments, integrate with OpenShift VMM and Cilium, enforce Zero Trust, and use tools like ThousandEyes and DNA Spaces for visibility.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex L2/L3 issues, managing VLANs, OSPF, BGP, QoS, and working with Palo Alto security. Documentation and asset inventories are part of the role.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience with Cisco networking.
• Strong hands-on production experience with Cisco ACI.
• Understanding of ACI concepts: VRFs, BDs, EPGs, ESGs, L3Out, contracts.
• Experience with OpenShift VMM and Cilium/Isovalent integrations.
• Experience with Cisco Catalyst, SDA, and Cisco ISE.
• Knowledge of network monitoring tools such as ThousandEyes, Cyber Vision, DNA Spaces.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, QoS, and security.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, analytical and communication skills.

We’re looking for an experienced Network Infrastructure Engineer to support and improve a large enterprise network environment. This is a hands‑on role focused on data center networking, Cisco ACI, software‑defined networking, network security, and monitoring.

What You’ll Do

• Design, implement, and support Cisco Nexus and ACI environments, including VRFs, Bridge Domains, EPGs/ESGs, L3Out, and contracts.
• Support ACI integrations with Red Hat OpenShift VMM and Cilium/Isovalent.
• Work with Cisco Catalyst and Software-Defined Access (SDA).
• Administer Cisco ISE, including TACACS+, authentication/authorization, and endpoint profiling.
• Support Zero Trust and identity-based network segmentation.
• Monitor and troubleshoot networks using tools such as ThousandEyes, Cisco Cyber Vision, and DNA Spaces.
• Troubleshoot complex L2/L3 issues involving VLANs, OSPF, BGP, STP, multicast, and QoS.
• Design and support Palo Alto Networks security solutions.
• Create network diagrams, documentation, standards, runbooks, and asset inventories.
• Support network upgrades, modernization, procurement, and other large-scale technology initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience working with Cisco networking.
• Strong hands‑on production experience with Cisco ACI.
• Solid understanding of ACI concepts including VRFs, BDs, EPGs, ESGs, L3Out, and contracts.
• Experience with OpenShift VMM and Cilium/Isovalent integrations.
• Experience with Cisco Catalyst, SDA, and Cisco ISE.
• Knowledge of network monitoring and visibility tools such as ThousandEyes, Cyber Vision, and DNA Spaces.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, QoS, and network security.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• CCNP Data Center, CCNP Enterprise, CCIE, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with container networking and virtualization.
• Knowledge of NIST frameworks or government cybersecurity requirements.
• Experience with Python, Ansible, or REST APIs for network automation.
• Large enterprise or government networking experience.
• Palo Alto Networks certifications such as PCCSA or PCNSA.
