Job summary

We're looking for a dedicated professional to join our team in a full-time Senior Networking Administrator - Network Engineer role. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As a Senior Networking Administrator - Network Engineer, you'll be at the heart of our network operations, ensuring robust and secure communications infrastructure. Working on-site in Arlington, VA, you'll lead key projects during swing shifts (8:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Monday through Thursday). Key Responsibilities

• Design & Build: Architect communication networks and configure routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN concentrators for LAN/WAN systems.
• Monitor & Maintain: Use industry-leading tools to oversee performance, perform upgrades, and ensure system integrity.
• Solve & Innovate: Provide creative solutions to complex issues and implement enhancements based on evolving customer needs.
• Lead & Mentor: Guide less-experienced team members to foster growth and expertise within the team.
• Evaluate & Stay Current: Assess emerging technologies to enhance network capabilities and stay updated on industry trends.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance
• IAT Level II certification in accordance with DoD 8570.01-M
• Networking certifications such as Brocade, Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), Juniper (JNCIA/JNCIS/JNCIP), OR Aruba
• Bachelor's degree in a related field OR equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in network administration
• Experience with Aruba networking systems
• Willingness to work swing shift and full-time on-site
