Job summary

Position Overview

We are seeking a professional-level Network Sales Engineer to join our team in the Little Rock area. This role involves supporting enterprise SLED Clients, requiring strong technical expertise, client-facing communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support network infrastructure for public sector clients at all levels, state, local, k12, higher education, etc.
• Scope projects and provide technical recommendations to end clients
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners on solution delivery
• Travel up to 50% to client sites within the region
• Maintain and expand certifications to support professional growth and salary progression
• Ensure compliance with security, background, and drug screening requirements

Required Qualifications

• Certifications:
• Technical Skills:
• Experience with Palo Alto, Aruba, and/or Juniper technologies
• Familiarity with HPE networking (Juniper acquisition context)
• Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and client-facing skills preferred, but will have sales assistance
• Ability to scope and document technical solutions clearly

Preferred Qualifications

• Juniper certification (highly valued due to HPE alignment)
• Additional vendor certifications (Checkpoint, Fortinet, etc.)
