Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or direct and applicable work experience in accounting, finance, business or economics.
• 7+ years of relatable experience in health insurance, healthcare or related financial industry with financial analysis and data modeling.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, SAS EG or SQL.
• Knowledge of provider payment and contracting strategies in health insurance.
• Experience interpreting claims data, trends and provider utilization to determine payment strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead, design, implement and maintain provider reimbursement strategies and related financial reporting.
• Perform advanced data analysis and generate insights to support reimbursement initiatives.
• Consult with internal stakeholders and mentor teammates on reimbursement knowledge and policy decisions.
• Collaborate to provide reimbursement guidance and ensure alignment with payment policies.
• Configure and monitor data in provider payment systems and manage vendor SLAs.
