Job summary

STACK Infrastructure is seeking a Manager, Network Design and Implementation to lead complex telecom and data center network projects from preconstruction through delivery. You will coordinate with design, construction, IT, and operations teams to ensure reliability, security, and efficiency across STACK facilities.

Responsibilities include overseeing fiber/cabling installation, coordinating with GC and subcontractors, and ensuring quality, safety, and on-time project completion. Remote with <50% travel; healthcare, life insurance, PTO provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in network design and implementation.
• Strong technical understanding of network, security, A/V, DAS/ERRCS, BMS/EPMS.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
• Experience with data center or mission-critical facilities.
• Experience developing enterprise-level specifications across multiple projects/sites.
• Experience handling multiple large-scale projects with overlapping requirements.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and manage project schedules with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Trade Coordination and Management: Lead telecommunications and DAS/ERRCS scope coordination and vendor relations.
• Telecommunications Infrastructure Oversight: Oversee fiber, cabling, and network infrastructure installation and testing.
• Quality Control: Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to design and safety standards.
• Follow-Up and Issue Resolution: Track deliverables and resolve issues for timely completion.
• Stakeholder Communication and Reporting: Provide updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Material Management: Monitor lead times and procurement status.
• Risk Management and Contingency Planning: Identify risks and implement contingency plans.
• Project Closeout and Handover: Ensure testing, commissioning, and documentation.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
