Job summary

Voyager Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Network Architect to lead discovery, design, and deployment of Voyager's enterprise network across offices, labs, and mission sites.

The role requires 8+ years in enterprise networking, strong routing/switching knowledge, and experience with secure, scalable architectures. A TS/SCI clearance and ITAR/EAR awareness are required for this mission‑critical environment.

Qualifications

• Approximately 8+ years of progressive enterprise networking experience.
• Expertlevel knowledge of enterprise routing and switching, LAN/WAN, wireless, firewalls, VPN, DNS/DHCP, IP addressing, segmentation, and monitoring.
• Strong understanding of routing protocols and enterprise network design principles including BGP and OSPF.
• Experience designing networks across multiple geographically distributed sites.
• Ability to take requirements through architecture, detailed engineering, implementation, testing, and handoff.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with leadership, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• U.S. Person status for ITAR/export‑controlled work.
• Requires a TS / Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility or TS/SCI upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead network discovery and current-state assessments across Voyager facilities and acquisitions.
• Design secure, scalable LAN/WAN, wireless, VPN, and SD‑WAN architectures.
• Create standards, reference architectures, diagrams, and roadmaps.
• Plan migrations, integrations, and cutovers with minimal disruption.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity, IT ops, vendors, and carriers.
• Maintain as‑built docs, design records, and compliance evidence.
