Stone Search, LLC seeks an experienced senior Network Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize complex enterprise networks in diverse environments across public and private sectors. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of enterprise network engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience designing and deploying large-scale wireless infrastructures.
• Demonstrated expertise in wireless LAN architecture, RF design, and site surveys.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies to enhance network performance, scalability, and reliability
• Design and deploy wired and wireless network infrastructure solutions for both public and private environments, including fiber-based backhaul network
• Analyze, plan, implement, maintain, troubleshoot, and continuously improve complex enterprise network system
• Support traffic engineering, network security, mobile data offloading, and backhaul optimization initiative
• Maintain network technology roadmaps and participate in long-term infrastructure planning
• Manage RFQs, vendor evaluations, proof-of-concept testing, and benchmarking initiative
• Oversee structured cabling systems, telecommunications infrastructure, and third-party vendor relationship
• Develop and maintain secure network architectures and policies for trusted and guest wireless access
• Implement and enhance network security controls in accordance with industry best practice
• Ensure compliance with applicable privacy and security regulations, including HIPAA and Massachusetts data privacy requirement
• Protect PII and other confidential business data
• Monitor network and security management systems and respond to incidents, alerts, and service disruption
• Maintain asset inventories, network diagrams, documentation, and operational procedure
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support across enterprise networking environment
• Execute projects based on defined objectives, timelines, and business priorities
• Independently solve complex technical challenges requiring analysis of multiple operational and engineering factors
• Participate in special projects and additional assignments as require
