Job summary

MSMNET Security is seeking a Senior Network Architect / Lead Network Engineer for an upcoming project in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. You will design, configure, validate, and execute the cutover of an enterprise core network environment, with emphasis on Dell N-Series OS6 and high-speed uplinks.

The role requires hands-on expertise in Layer 2/3 networking, VLANs, ACLs, Spanning Tree, and Meraki SD-WAN, with availability for project planning in October and decommissioning before year-end.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have strong Dell N-Series OS6 experience.
• Dell networking credentials or Cisco certifications are preferred.
• Hands-on project-based network modernization experience is essential.

We are looking for a highly experienced, hands-on network professional with direct Dell N-Series / OS6 experience to support the design, configuration, validation, and cutover of an enterprise core network environment.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with:

• Dell N-Series / PowerSwitch and OS6
• Dell switch stacking and OS6 version migrations
• Layer 2/Layer 3 network architecture
• VLANs, SVIs, ACLs and network segmentation
• Spanning Tree / RPVST and LACP/port channels
• Static routing and enterprise IP addressing
• Meraki SD-WAN and VPN route validation
• 10/25Gb uplinks and optics
• VMware vMotion/iSCSI network dependencies
• Enterprise network migrations and after-hours production cutovers

Preferred certifications: Dell networking credentials, CCNP Enterprise, CCIE, or comparable advanced networking certifications. Demonstrated hands-on Dell N-Series OS6 experience is especially important.
