National Grid seeks a Senior Network Architect to lead enterprise networking initiatives in a hybrid, multi-site environment. You will own architecture for DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and LAN/WAN services, guiding design standards, roadmaps, and implementation guidelines while mentoring other architects.

You will collaborate with Security, Cloud and Infra teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions and help advance the company’s digital transformation efforts within a national hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Significant enterprise networking experience with LAN/WAN.
• Experience designing, implementing and troubleshooting enterprise network infrastructure.
• Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, IPAM and IP address management best practices.

Responsabilités

• Lead architecture and strategy for DNS, DHCP and IPAM services.
• Design scalable, secure network solutions for a large global enterprise.
• Develop architecture standards, reference designs and implementation guidelines.
• Create high-level designs (HLDs) and low-level designs (LLDs) and golden configurations.
• Collaborate with Network Engineering, Security, Cloud and Infra teams to deliver solutions.
• Provide mentorship and architectural guidance across networking initiatives.
• Review engineering designs for compliance with standards and best practices.
