Job summary

FHLBank Pittsburgh is seeking a Network Architect to oversee technology integrations, maintain network and security standards, and ensure the safety and soundness of the Bank’s network platforms. The role focuses on performance, scalability, resiliency, and automation across enterprise networks and cloud adoption.

The incumbent will lead program initiatives, manage teams, participate in the Architecture Review Committee, and drive changes for improved operational efficiency and a strong security

Qualifications

• 7+ years in maintenance and management of enterprise networking platforms across various technical and business disciplines.
• Experience with IT risks, change management, computer operations, information security administration, and network administration.
• Design and delivery of network protocols, cryptography, and network security practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead key program initiatives identified in the Bank’s Network Strategy to advance network protections and capabilities.
• Lead and manage project teams in designing network solutions and translating requirements for IT and business units.
• Drive the Bank's network modernization and cloud transformation, ensuring security, resiliency and performance.
• Lead Agile SAFE sprint planning activities and support teams delivering projects.
• Represent network reviews in the Enterprise Architecture Group and advise on information protection and network principles.
• Drive operational improvements and automate key network processes.
