Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience maintaining enterprise networking platforms across multiple disciplines.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Systems or related field; relevant industry certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of network security, IT risks, change management, and information security administration.
• Expertise in network protocols, cryptography, and security practices.
• Experience in cloud and on-premise network design and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead network program initiatives to advance protections and capabilities.
• Design and translate network requirements into plans for IT and business units with security focus.
• Participate in Architecture Review Committee for standards delivery.
• Oversee safe integration of new/existing components into the environment.
• Drive improvements across units for operational efficiency and resilience.
• Guide business units to align requirements with technology architecture.
• Implement network standards to support strong security posture.
• Lead network orchestration design to automate key processes.
• Coordinate SAFE sprint planning for the network program.
• Support projects via project management/ SAFE processes.
• Identify opportunities to derive more value from current security investments.
