Job summary

Wizards of the Coast in Boston, MA is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to lead the enterprise network across data centers, offices, studios, and AWS cloud. You will own architecture for Juniper/Mist campus infrastructure, manage security with Palo Alto networks, and drive end-to-end AWS connectivity at scale.

You’ll mentor engineers, champion automation and AI-powered observability, and shape network strategy across multiple business units, ensuring secure, resilient, and scalable connectivity

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise network engineering — routing, switching, wireless.
• Expert-level BGP, OSPF, SD-WAN, and load balancing chops.
• Extensive Palo Alto Networks firewall experience, including policy architecture and Panorama.
• Proven AWS production experience — VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect/VPN, Route 53.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture, build, and roadmap for Juniper/Mist campus and branch infrastructure across sites.
• Lead the Palo Alto Networks security stack, from policy architecture to secure-by-design standards.
• Own end-to-end AWS cloud network implementation — VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect/VPN, Route 53, and SD-WAN traffic engineering at scale.
• Drive automation and AI adoption across network operations, from config deployment to AI-powered monitoring and root-cause analysis.
• Be the go-to for critical issues, and mentor engineers through code review and troubleshooting.
