Job summary

3MD Inc. in Redmond, WA, is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, deploy, and support a predominantly Cisco-based enterprise network, including Ubiquiti deployments at remote sites.

You will lead routing, switching, wireless, and security implementations across LAN/WAN and ensure high availability. The role requires expert-level Cisco experience, CCNP/CCIE or equivalent certification, and strong documentation and troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
5+ years as a Network Engineer, senior-level experience.
CCNP or CCIE, or equivalent vendor certification.
Experience with Cisco ISE, FTD and Umbrella.

Responsibilities

Provide expert-level network design and daily operational support for Cisco infrastructure.
Lead architecture of routing, switching, wireless, and security solutions.
Serve as senior escalation point for complex network incidents.
Design and manage Cisco ISE for network access control.
Administer Cisco Umbrella for DNS-layer security.
