Job summary

Rush Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to lead design, implementation, and optimization of the enterprise network across LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, wireless, and cloud environments.

The role requires advanced certifications and a minimum of eight years of progressive experience in large-scale networks, with leadership responsibilities and strong collaboration with architecture and security teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressive network engineering experience in enterprise-scale environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS preferred; others considered with relevant experience.
• Advanced certifications strongly preferred (HPE Juniper, Cisco CCNP, Palo Alto PCNSE, AZ-700).

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, wireless, data center, cloud).
• Develop and maintain network architecture standards and operational procedures.
• Serve as escalation point for complex network incidents and drive rapid resolution.
