Job description

A global architecture and design firm located in the downtown Dallas area is looking to hire a Senior Network and Systems Administrator on a full-time direct hire basis. This is a direct hire position onsite out of their Dallas, TX office.

They are looking to hire someone who is skilled with Cisco, Meraki, and Palo Alto. Along with Windows, O365, Entra ID, and VMware. In addition, you will be working with their implementations and troubleshooting their networks, therefore strong knowledge of routing protocols is also needed.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in networking/systems engineering/administration
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS or equivalent training or work experience.
  • Cisco experience – configuring and managing switches and routers
  • Proficiency in LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and wireless network administration, with expertise in Cisco switches, Palo Alto firewalls (or equivalent next-generation firewalls), and Meraki (MS, MR, and MX platforms).
  • Routing protocol experience – implementing and troubleshooting OSPF, BGP, EIGRP to ensure resilient network traffic flow
  • Experience with Office 365 Administration, Entra, Azure, SCCM, AWS, SQL administration, VMware infrastructure, Microsoft Windows Server, preferred
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Relevant industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent cloud networking certifications are highly valued.
