Job summary

SAIC has an immediate opening for a SETA Network Analyst to support an all-source analytic effort focused on telecommunications architecture, cataloguing, and reporting. You will review vendor designs, identify requirements, and develop analytic products while briefing executives.

The role requires TS/SCI with Poly, a BS in Engineering/Science (or equivalent experience), and 10+ years of related engineering work. Strong writing, communication, and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must currently hold a TS/SCI and Poly to be considered for the position.
• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Science field, or relevant experience can substitute for the degree.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant engineering experience.
• All-Source and Open-Source analysis experience.
• Experience writing technical detailed assessments, SOPs, and other analytic documents.
• Ability to learn analysis tools and apply technical standards and concepts.
• Experience with software applications and databases related to SIGINT reporting and target development.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent presentation and written skills for client briefings.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Visio Pro, and Project.

Responsibilities

• Review vendor designs at all phases for telecommunication systems.
• Identify system requirements from various sources.
• Develop and publish analytic products.
• Assist in developing project team briefings for executive-level presentation.
• Provide timely communication to customer and contractor stakeholders.
