Formación

• Bachelor's degree with at least 15 hours in CS or CIS.
• 3+ years in programming, systems analysis/design, or network design/configuration.
• Experience with hardware/software configuration in large environments.

Responsabilidades

• Leads troubleshooting, diagnosis and repairs for network hardware.
• Responds to customer questions and resolves problems; escalates as needed.
• Crafts utility scripts to configure programs and generate reports.
• Responds to emergencies to resolve problems.
• Assists with installing, maintaining and protecting hardware and software.
• Assists with managing device database components and related programs.
